A loose ring means increased mobility of the bit. The Loose Ring is meant for horses who prefer this “mobility“ and offers you the opportunity to choose additionally the best matching mouthpiece. The ring runs smoothly in it´s copper sockets and this increases the lifespan of the bit substantially.

The tongue port bar has a particular flattened form to the port. This gives the tongue an optimum amount of room. Many horses respond to this with improved suppleness and increased chewing. And yet this bit is also well suited to horses that play with their tongues, trying to put the tongue over the bit, as the port effectively prevents this. Therefore this bit is perfect for horses that do not tolerate conventionally shaped bits due to the pressure on the tongue and react with head-tossing and the like.
